Erik Sootla is an entrepreneur, experienced project manager, and expert in online learning. He has led numerous blended learning initiatives, including leading the establishment of the first and only E-university in Central Asia. Moreover, Erik Sootla contributed to the strategic reforms undertaken by the Central Asian University. He is an author of several scholarly publications focusing on blended and online learning. Erik Sootla possesses a diverse academic background, having pursued studies in Public Administration and European Integration at universities in Estonia, France, and Belgium. His linguistic abilities are equally impressive, with proficiency in Russian, English, Estonian, and French. Erik Sootla has conducted research on behalf of institutions such as the European Parliament, the European Commission, and the Estonian government. Furthermore, he has shared his knowledge by teaching Political Science giving lectures in three different languages. Eric Sootla received an invitation to Ualikhanov University, where he delivered lecture on "Online Education" to the students and faculty members at the Higher School of Business and Law. Additionally, he participated as a keynote speaker at the annual scientific and practical conference, "Shoqan Oqulary -27".
