Advanced Research Methodology Workshop

Evloeva Aza Sultanovna, a lecturer from the Department of Business and Services, recently attended a two-day intensive seminar in Almaty. The seminar, titled "Advanced Research Methodology Workshop," brought together representatives from universities in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. It took place on June 9-10, 2023, and covered various topics such as qualitative and quantitative research methods, research justification, hypotheses and statements, data collection and analysis, references, academic integrity, scientific journal writing, and the publication process.

The seminar featured the participation of two experts from the USA: Kimberly LeChasseur from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Andrew Zimbroff from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. It was organized with the support of the Partnership Program of Universities of Central Asia (UniCEN), which is funded by the U.S. Embassy in Uzbekistan and administered by the American Councils for International Education.
